1. A total of 37,500,000 ERM has been allocated for the seed round at a price of 0.000005 ETH per 1 ERM (1 ETH = 200,000 ERM). SoftCap 20 ETH. Hard Cap 187.5 ETH.
2. Applications for participation in the seed round are accepted from March 15, 2023 00:01 UTC to June 15, 2023 23:59 UTC
3. Launchpad will open on March 30, 2023. at 12:00 UTC and will close on Jule 15, 2023 at 23:59 UTC or when the HardCap is reached.
4. It will be possible to redeem the approved limit of Ermine tokens only from a whitelisted wallet address.
5. Participants or their representatives must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.
6. Individuals, organizations, foundations, exchanges, groups are allowed to participate.
7. Members are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
8. Participants should carefully review all pre-sale related materials, including the white paper, before participating. The purchase of tokens involves a high degree of risk and may result in the loss of all or part of the participant's investment.
9. To be whitelisted, a member's wallet address must have at least 1 ETH.
10. The participant must be subscribed to the Telegram channel or follow us on Twitter.
11. Any person or organization may be denied a pre-sale of tokens without giving a reason.
12. In some cases, the Ermine team may request KYC. With an investment of more than 10 ETH, the KYC / KYB procedure is mandatory.
13. After the purchase of tokens, 10% of the purchased Ermine tokens are sent to the buyer's wallet address. The remaining 90% of Ermine tokens are locked for 90 days from the date of purchase. From day 91, the gradual unlocking of Ermine tokens begins at a rate of 1 ERM per 5 seconds. Unlocked tokens are immediately available for withdrawal to the wallet address from which the purchase was made.
14. The investor has the right to dispose of his Ermine tokens stored on the address of his wallet as he wants.
15. In the event that Ermine tokens are not sold to achieve SoftCap, the investor has the right to return the purchased Ermine tokens and receive back the Ethereum cryptocurrency. The investor bears the costs of paying commissions for conducting transactions in the Ethereum blockchain network. We do not refund the cost of spent GAS.
16. Upon reaching the SoftCap, the return of Ermine tokens will become unavailable. From now on, the Ermine team has the right to withdraw the collected ETH and spend it on the set goals related to the development of Ermine.
17. When the HardCap is reached, the seed round ends. No additional Ermine tokens will be allocated for the seed round.
18. LaunchPad works decentralized according to the logic of a smart contract. No one can change the conditions in it prescribed.
19. The Ermine team is not responsible for user errors that may lead to loss of funds. Be careful and prudent. Check the site address in the address bar of the browser, do not follow dubious links. Never, under any circumstances, transmit or show the mnemonic phrase or private key to your wallet.
